The Japanese Embassy reported that the Ambassador exchanged views with Engineer Mohamed Zaki El Sewedy, noting Egypt's significant interest in collaborating with Japan, particularly in the areas of presses and castings.
It further stated that during the meeting, Iwai and El
Sewedy discussed strengthening cooperation in these areas, as well as the
development and training of Egyptian technicians and specialists.
The embassy concluded that Japan and Egypt will continue to work on fostering mutually beneficial industrial cooperation.
