This came in a meeting in the presence of officials from the Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and City Edge Company.
El-Sherbiny pointed out that the Ministry of Housing has a vision to maximize the benefits of all new cities, particularly New Alamein City, which is a distinguished tourist destination with many promising opportunities in all fields, including hotels, entertainment, education, and healthcare. He stated that we are targeting several projects in these areas to maximize the benefits of the investments that have been injected.
The meeting addressed a proposal to hold a forum bringing together investors and international hotel companies in New Alamein City. The Bench is a global company specialized in attracting investors in this field, similar to what it has implemented in several cities in Arab countries.
The Minister added that Egypt has several objectives regarding our joint cooperation with the company, including working to attract international investors and developers to implement numerous projects in various fields. He noted that we provide numerous incentives, benefits, and mechanisms specifically designed for investors to facilitate their process and enable them to start their projects.
