According to ACUD General Manager Dr. Ahmed Fahmy, these offerings are on schedule with the company's development plan. He explained that the designated investment activities for these projects cater to the specific needs of the area and the broader city.
Fahmy added that the land will be available after ACUD
finishes leveling and preparing the soil, including addressing rocky terrains,
which is anticipated in the coming weeks.
The land plots will range from 4,000 to 8,000 square meters, allowing for buildings of ground plus 9 to 11 floors, with prices between 20,000 and 25,000 Egyptian pounds per square meter.
