Speaking at the company's launch conference, Awadallah highlighted the project's diverse mix of activities, with a significant portion dedicated to non-residential use, emphasizing it as ASPECT's initial step in Egypt.
He further stated that this venture is part of ASPECT's
broader expansion into the Egyptian and Gulf markets, commencing with the New
Cairo project alongside the development of a luxury tower in Abu Dhabi.
Awadallah noted ASPECT's history in the contracting sector
since 2014 and its project execution for developers starting in 2019, leading
to its recent move into real estate development.
He also announced collaborations with "Inversion" as a strategic advisor for sustainable growth and future planning, and with "Grid" for design and architectural engineering.
