Presenting the financial statement for the draft budget of the fiscal year 2025/2026, themed "Budget of Growth, Stability, and Partnership with the Business Community," the Minister stated that employees subject to the Civil Service Law would receive a 10% periodic allowance, while those not subject would receive 15%, with a minimum of 150 Egyptian pounds per month. Additionally, all employees would receive a fixed additional incentive ranging from 600 to 700 Egyptian pounds.
He further indicated that the new draft budget allocates 679.1 billion Egyptian pounds for wages, representing an annual growth of 18.1%, and that sufficient funds have been allocated for the recruitment of over 75,000 teachers, 30,000 doctors, and 10,000 other personnel across state agencies to enhance public service delivery.
