El-Sherbiny emphasized that New Sphinx City possesses significant potential and is close to the urban areas of West Cairo. He noted his commitment to supporting all real estate developers and investors, and to working to maintain communication with them to listen to their opinions and suggestions and overcome any obstacles that may face their projects, thus advancing progress across all new cities.
The Minister clarified that the city, spanning
approximately 73,000 acres, consists of five sectors, serving as a smart,
sustainable city with a distinctive, high-quality residential offering, in
addition to pioneering services and global investment and tourism activities.
The strategic plan for New Sphinx City includes the implementation of numerous
projects across various development and service sectors, leveraging the city's
prime location and proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids area,
and Sphinx International Airport. This is in addition to the availability of
numerous road networks and modern transportation, enabling numerous activities
and projects.
During the meeting, investors praised the facilities provided by the Ministry of Housing and the New Urban Communities Authority to support investors, presenting a number of ideas and suggestions that would advance the projects they are implementing in Sphinx City and overcome any obstacles they face during the implementation phases.
