Nader Khozam, Chairman and CEO of the company, revealed a surprising development: approximately 70% of the project’s construction work has already been completed prior to its official launch. He emphasized that this step ensures early delivery in 2028 and reinforces customer confidence in the company’s timeline.
Regarding the project’s details and amenities, IL CAZAR
stated that VÉA comprises only 400 units, including standalone villas,
townhouses, and administrative villas. Designed by architect Raef Fahmi, the
project features a building footprint of no more than 14%, with the remaining
area dedicated to green spaces and water features. It also includes a
clubhouse, an outdoor fitness center, and landscaped gardens.
Khozam emphasized that the VÉA project reflects the
company’s vision of providing smart, low-density communities, in line with the
state’s objectives for sustainable urban development.
