applications and modern management systems to enhance the efficiency of Egypt's
administrative apparatus. Nabil highlighted the state's interest in
international expertise to upgrade government operations, improve human
resource management, and ensure the civil service is equipped for digital-first
requirements.
The move aligns with Egypt's broader strategy to modernize its bureaucracy through advanced digital infrastructure and global partnerships.
