Official statement regarding fake New Administrative Capital projects

The Media Center of the Cabinet published a statement via its social media platforms clarifying the truth behind reports claiming that the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) had announced new projects at lower-than-average prices.

The Media Center explained that, upon contacting ACUD, the company confirmed that the circulating advertisements attributed to it are fake and misleading. These ads aim to lure citizens into paying contract deposits for fraudulent projects that have no connection to the company, for the purpose of scamming and fraud.

The Media Center emphasized that all ACUD activities and projects are made available exclusively through the company’s official platforms, including official website, Facebook (primary platform), YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter)

Furthermore, the statement noted that a permanent weekly television segment has been allocated to ACUD on a major channel to provide updates and information regarding the New Capital. Citizens can also communicate directly with the company through the aforementioned pages or by visiting the Customer Service and Citizens Center at the company’s headquarters in the Government District.

The company urged citizens to exercise caution and avoid falling for these fake advertisements designed to exploit them. It also confirmed that it is taking all necessary legal actions against those promoting these fraudulent schemes.
