The new production line, which boasts a capacity of 60,000 tons, was completed at an investment cost of approximately $17.5 million.
The project was executed in collaboration with the Italian
giant Continuus-Properzi, a global leader in the field. By utilizing the latest
international technologies in aluminum casting and drawing, Egyptalum ensures
its products meet the highest global quality and competitiveness standards.
The project is designed to enhance the value-added of
national industry, boost production capacity, and reduce import dependency.
By opening new export markets, the initiative will solidify Egypt Aluminum's competitive standing both locally and internationally. This aligns with the Ministry of Public Business Sector's strategy to modernize its affiliates and support national efforts to localize and deepen domestic industrial capabilities.
