The Bridges project covers an area of ten acres in a
strategic location on the 26th of July Corridor. The development is set to
become a leading commercial and administrative destination in this key area.
The project includes more than two hundred retail units and restaurants, over
two hundred fifty medical clinics, and six hundred administrative offices. It
also features a hotel providing full hospitality services for business
travelers and visitors, along with a fully equipped health club. The design,
created by Raef Fahmi Architects, features open facades and simple
architectural details that allow natural light to enter. The design provides a
comfortable and efficient environment that balances privacy and vitality,
offering an urban experience that merges work with luxury.
The Grounds project is located in the heart of the Sixth
Settlement on the Middle Ring Road and extends over fifty acres. The project is
planned as a mixed-use community that combines a variety of residential units,
flexible administrative spaces, and commercial areas. The design integrates
work, life, and nature in a balanced way. The master plan was developed in
cooperation with the American company EDSA, while Innovation Design Studio
handled the architectural design. The project embodies the “life among gardens”
philosophy, integrating architecture with nature and promoting social
interaction while maintaining privacy, luxury, and daily comfort for residents.
The design of Grounds is inspired by the biophilic concept
that connects people with nature. The project offers a pedestrian-friendly
environment and a residential experience that supports comfort and well-being.
The layout ensures seamless integration between commercial spaces and flexible
offices, creating a lifestyle that combines privacy with social connection. The
design enhances environmental responsibility and sustainability. The project
also includes a social club, a mosque, community centers, and multi-purpose
parks, along with retail units, restaurants, clinics, and sports facilities.
Security and administrative systems rely on modern technology to ensure an
efficient and smooth living experience in every detail.

Grounds are not only two real estate projects but a reaffirmation of the

projects reflect the company’s vision to develop vibrant destinations that
combine upscale housing, flexible workspaces, and comprehensive entertainment

redefines the living and investment experience in Egypt.

developing integrated, human-centered communities that deliver a unique living
experience. The company focuses on smart planning, sustainability, and
precision at every stage of implementation. The goal is not only to build
residential or commercial units but to create dynamic destinations that evolve
over time and offer long-term value for investors and residents, ensuring that
every unit is ready for living from the first day.
