The minister emphasized the importance of responding to
inquiries and complaints by establishing a dedicated citizen service unit. A
hotline has been set up to ensure prompt responses from initiative officials.
He confirmed several measures taken in response to
applicants’ requests. These include extending the payment deadline for housing
units until September 30, 2025, sending emails to applicants abroad to offer
alternative payment methods, and providing a wider variety of units in the
second phase, ranging from medium to above-average and luxury, across several
cities, including governorates in Upper Egypt.
