Winning applicants must first go to the Housing and Development
Bank's Nasr City branch (2 Abbas El Akkad Street) to finalize their contracts.
After completing bank procedures, they must visit the New Cairo City Authority, located behind the Southern 90 water station. They will need to bring the original bank letter and a copy of the signed checks to register their information. The authority will then provide a letter that allows them to proceed to the site for unit inspection and final handover.
