Emaar Misr has added Palace Beach Resort Marassi as the
eleventh hotel within the hospitality portfolio of Marassi. The addition marks
a new milestone in the company’s 18-year presence in the Egyptian market.
The Prime Minister affirmed that the Egyptian state remains
committed to encouraging tourism investments, particularly in strategic
locations such as the North Coast. The government continues to support efforts
aimed at transforming this area into a year-round destination for tourism and
economic activity.
Emaar Misr launched the new resort as part of its broader
strategy to redefine luxury tourism by offering hospitality experiences that
align with leading international standards. The development of the resort
coincides with the ongoing recovery of Egypt’s tourism sector, supported by the
national vision to strengthen the country's global tourism position through a
combination of cultural heritage, natural diversity, and modern infrastructure.
Emaar Misr continues to contribute to this progress by delivering
integrated tourism projects that meet the highest standards of design and
service. The North Coast has emerged as one of the most attractive and
competitive tourist destinations in the region.
The Marassi North Coast development has played a central
role in boosting local and international tourism. In 2024, the project recorded
more than 4 million visitors and welcomed over 30,000 hotel guests. Marassi
includes more than 8,000 residential units and supports a vibrant community of
around 21,000 permanent residents.
Emaar Misr constructed the new hotel on a land area of
approximately 140,000 square meters. The property features 87 rooms and suites
with scenic views, along with 31 luxury villas. The resort offers a full range
of facilities including a meeting room, beachfront restaurant, gym, swimming
pool, spa, and beauty salon, providing guests with a comprehensive
accommodation experience.
Mohamed Alabbar confirmed that the launch of the resort
reflects Emaar’s commitment to delivering premium hospitality experiences that
enhance Egypt’s position on the global tourism map. The hotel, which features
modern architecture and fully integrated services, caters to travelers seeking
luxury stays along the Mediterranean coast.
Emaar Misr aims to attract a broader base of domestic and
international tourists through the resort’s location within the Marassi master
development. The company continues to reinforce the North Coast’s reputation as
a leading tourism hub in the Middle East.
The ongoing development of Marassi reflects Emaar’s focus on
delivering excellence in both infrastructure and services. The project includes
more than 500 commercial outlets, 60 percent of which operate in the retail
sector. It also features 17 children’s play areas, 50 swimming pools, and 267
yacht berths.
The Marassi project covers a total area of 6.5 million
square meters, of which 4.1 million square meters are dedicated to open green
spaces. The development includes a 6.5-kilometer beachfront and a 16-kilometer
waterfront promenade.
Emaar Misr has also introduced 1,600 hotel keys within the
project, along with a golf course and a wide array of entertainment and sports
facilities, positioning Marassi as a fully integrated tourism destination
designed to meet the needs of visitors with diverse interests.
