Ismail added that the 14th public manual lottery will be held to allocate plots to clients who have paid down payments for areas whose conditions have been regularized by Thursday, May 15, 2025, within Al-Qadisiyah and Kilometre 48 (formerly) area, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Authority's headquarters, according to plot size brackets (276 m² - 350 m² - 400 m² - 450 m²).
He indicated that the 15th manual public lottery will be held to allocate plots to clients who have paid down payments for the areas whose status has been regularized by Thursday, May 15, 2025, within the Al Amal area (formerly). The lottery will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Authority's headquarters, according to plot size brackets (209 m² - 276 m² - 350 m² - 400 m² - 450 m² - 500 m²).
The gates will close at 12:00 pm to begin the public lottery. Attendees will be permitted to attend with proof of identity and the original payment receipt.
