El-Gheity added that winning customers should first, head to
the Housing and Development Bank, Nasr City branch (2 Abbas El-Akkad Street),
to complete all the necessary contracting procedures there.
After that, they should go to the City Authority at the City Center, located behind the water station in Southern Teseen Street, bringing the original bank letter and a copy of the signed checks. This step is crucial for registering their data on the system and getting the letter needed for the site visit to inspect and receive the new unit.
