He was received by the Saudi Deputy Minister of Sports, Mr. Bader Alkadi, highlighting the strong bilateral ties and mutual interest in sports cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The Minister of Youth and Sports will participate in the
second session of the forum's activities, titled "Egypt's Future Vision
for the Sports Sector." He will
outline Egypt's strategy for developing its sports system, encouraging
investment in the sector, and empowering the private sector to contribute to
sustainable development.
The Sports Investment Forum is recognized as a significant
global platform for showcasing promising sports investment opportunities. It
gathers key investors, decision-makers, and representatives of major sports
organizations, fostering international partnerships and the exchange of best
practices in sports infrastructure development and related economic activities.
Dr. Sobhy emphasized Egypt's commitment to actively engaging in international forums and strengthening cooperative relationships with other nations. He stated, "Sports has become one of the components of Egypt's soft power, and through our participation, we seek to exchange experiences and showcase the Egyptian experience in developing the sports sector, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the achievement of sustainable development.
