The strategic cooperation and partnership agreements were signed between Tatweer Misr, the project’s master developer, and IGY Marinas (USA), BCI Realty (UK), and Schneider Electric (France).
The first agreement covers the management and operation of
the marina at Il Mont Galala Towers and Marina. It was signed by Dr. Ahmed
Shalaby, CEO and Managing Director of Tatweer Misr, and Simon Bryan, Vice
President of Operations for Europe at IGY Marinas.
The second agreement concerns the management and operation
of the exhibition and conference center at Il Mont Galala Towers and Marina. It
was signed by Dr. Ahmed Shalaby and Samuel Kirk, Director of BCI Realty (UK).
The third agreement is a strategic cooperation and
partnership agreement focusing on sustainability and developing the
technological infrastructure at Il Mont Galala Towers and Marina. It was signed
by Dr. Ahmed Shalaby and Sebastian Riez, CEO of Schneider Electric.
