Ayman El-Saadany, Head of External Affairs at Vodafone Egypt, stated that the company achieved strong financial performance during the 2025 fiscal year, recording revenues of approximately EGP 55 billion, marking a growth rate of 46.1% compared to the previous fiscal year. He noted that this reflects the success of the company’s expansion strategy and its ability to keep pace with developments in the Egyptian market and the growing needs of customers.

El-Saadany explained that this remarkable growth results from Vodafone Egypt’s continuous investments in developing network infrastructure, enhancing the quality of digital services, and expanding the provision of innovative technological solutions for both individuals and businesses. He emphasized that the company places customer experience at the forefront of its priorities and continually strives to deliver services that are more efficient, faster, and reliable.

He added that Vodafone Egypt’s customer base has reached around 53 million mobile and internet subscribers, making it the leading company in the Egyptian market in terms of subscriber numbers. El-Saadany highlighted that this broad reach reflects customer confidence in the brand and its ability to meet their diverse needs in communications, internet, and digital services.

Regarding digital financial services, he noted that Vodafone Cash now serves approximately 11 million customers, reinforcing the company’s role in promoting financial inclusion and supporting a transition toward a less cash-dependent society. He stressed that e-wallets have become an essential part of daily life for citizens, whether for payments, transfers, or bill settlements.

El-Saadany also discussed Vodafone Egypt’s role in supporting the digital transformation of the healthcare sector, explaining that the company has collaborated with around 300 healthcare facilities nationwide to provide advanced digital solutions that contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services. He pointed out that these initiatives currently serve more than 13 million citizens across Egypt’s governorates, facilitating access to healthcare more efficiently.

He concluded by reaffirming Vodafone Egypt’s commitment to continued investment in technology and innovation and supporting the government’s digital transformation efforts, contributing to sustainable economic growth and enhancing the quality of life for citizens.
