El-Akkad explained that the company’s strategy focuses on four main pillars: accelerating execution rates, enhancing infrastructure, injecting direct investments, and implementing a well-studied expansion plan.
He emphasized that the goal is not to increase the number of
projects, but to improve execution quality, achieve customer satisfaction, and
maximize the value of the real estate product.
El-Akkad noted that ARDIC has begun handing over units for
the first phase of the “ZIZINIA ELMOSTAKBAL” project within “Mostakbal City.”
He said the event carries significance beyond simply delivering residential
units, marking the start of a new phase for the company centered on actual
implementation and restoring confidence in the Egyptian real estate market.
