Madinet Masr stated that the value of the planned works amounts to EGP 3.3 billion. The agreement includes the construction of 40 residential buildings. The scope also covers infrastructure works related to the project. The company said execution is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027, in line with the approved timelines.

projects. He explained that this approach supports development plans and
accelerates execution rates. He added that the memorandum of understanding aims
to enhance execution efficiency and ensure adherence to the set schedules.

comes within the framework of implementing project works in accordance with
specific technical standards and clear timelines. He noted that this
contributes to achieving the project’s objectives and supports the continuation
of cooperation between both parties.
Taj City is located in East Cairo and spans an area of
approximately 3.5 million square meters. The project is situated near the Ring
Road and Cairo International Airport. The development includes residential
units, service areas, and integrated infrastructure.
