Egyptian Outdoor, a subsidiary of United Media Services, announced the signing of a contract with Orascom Development Egypt to manage the marketing campaign for the Siyal Makadi Heights project. The campaign will utilize the company’s advertising screens within Cairo International Airport, including the 5D screen, the first and largest of its kind in Egypt.

Makadi Heights had previously announced the addition of a new 1.021 million square meter plot adjacent to the existing development, bringing the total area of the city to approximately 4.75 million square meters.

This new land represents a strategic extension of the city’s master plan, featuring a private beachfront that provides Makadi Heights residents with direct and easy access to the Red Sea, as well as dedicated spaces for relaxation and various beach activities. The expansion enhances the integrated living experience and adds real value to life within the city. The master plan for the new area includes residential units, hotel apartments, and additional hotel and commercial components.

The Siyal project covers a total area of 82,500 square meters, with a total built-up area of 9,240 square meters. It comprises 78 diverse residential units ranging from three to five bedrooms, with sizes from 136 to 250 square meters. This phase includes a premium collection of fully finished villas, designed to meet various lifestyles and family needs, featuring modern architectural designs that provide maximum privacy and comfort.

The contract aligns with Orascom Development’s strategy to strengthen its marketing presence in high-traffic locations.
