Housing: Allocation of 2nd phase units in 400,000-home project begins Sunday
Start of Housing Unit allocation for the second phase of the 400,000 units mega project:
Project Phase: Start of unit allocation for the second phase
of the 400,000 units mega project.
Start Date: Allocation begins starting from 10:00 AM,
Sunday, January 11, 2026.
Platform: Allocation is conducted via the Egypt Real Estate
Platform at the following link: https://reservations.realestate.gov.eg/ar.
Criteria: Allocation is based on previously registered preferences.
Process: The allocation is fully electronic and based on booking
priority (first-come, first-served).
The Ministry clarified that citizens who have applied for reservation must log in via the following electronic link: https://reservations.realestate.gov.eg/ar.
The Ministry also urges all applicants to take note that the
electronic allocation process will commence through the Egypt Real Estate
Platform according to the following schedule:
January 11 and 12: Allocation of Diyarna units.
January 13 and 14: Allocation of Zelal units.
January 18 and 19: Allocation of Janna, Sakan Misr, Free
Housing (Eskan Hor), and Rawdet El Obour units.
January 20 and 21: Allocation of Ismailia units.
The Ministry emphasized that the allocation process will be conducted based on the priority of electronic booking (first-come, first-served).
