The Villagio project is being built on a 40-acre site in the
Golden Square of 6th of October and includes villas and hotel apartments.
El Serghany added that the company has fully completed the
first phase of the project, with the second phase set to begin in the coming
days.
He noted that the current period is highly suitable for
executing projects at a fast pace, given Egypt’s economic stability and the
recent decline in the dollar exchange rate, which is reflected in the stability
of construction material prices.
