Engineer Amr Soliman, the company's founder and CEO,
revealed that the project represents a strategic step towards developing
sustainable and integrated communities that reflect Riyadh's ambitions as a
modern capital.
He added that the new project, named "Hayat Mountain
View," is located in Riyadh and is being developed in partnership with the
National Housing Company (NHC). The total investment exceeds EGP 28 billion,
with the project spanning approximately 930,000 square meters and including
around 1,700 villas ranging in size from 240 to 390 square meters.
A year ago, Mountain View Saudi Arabia announced details of
its new project, "One Mountain View," with a total investment of SAR
1.2 billion and a sales target of SAR 1.5 billion. This project is the result
of a partnership between Mountain View Saudi Arabia and Maya Real Estate
Development and Investment Company, a leading private sector firm in the Saudi
real estate market.
Mountain View currently holds a portfolio of more than 23
projects, along with a land bank exceeding 25 million square meters, and serves
communities with a residential base of over 50,000 families.
