Noventiq CEO commits to positioning Egypt as a regional tech hub

Torgrim Takle, CEO of Noventiq, a leading global digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions provider, affirmed the company's commitment to boosting Egypt’s status as a premier regional technology hub during his participation at the Global Offshoring Summit – Egypt 2025.

The summit, held in Cairo on November 9-10 under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, was organised by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The event gathered global tech leaders, government officials, and innovators to discuss the future of digital services, artificial intelligence (AI), and the knowledge economy.

On the summit’s first day, Noventiq and ITIDA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance strategic cooperation in digital transformation, technological capacity building, and innovation support in Egypt. The MoU aims to facilitate knowledge exchange and practical partnerships to accelerate the adoption of AI applications, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity measures, reinforcing Egypt’s position as a regional centre for technology and digital services.

Addressing the future of outsourcing, Takle highlighted Egypt's unique competitive advantages, which position it as a leading global destination in the sector. He cited the country's strategic geographic location, skilled young talent pool, strong government support, and advanced digital infrastructure as key factors for its global leadership in the outsourcing industry.

"Digital transformation is no longer an option; it is a strategic necessity for any nation seeking to enhance its global competitiveness," Takle said. "Egypt represents an inspiring model for investing in youth and building an innovation-based ecosystem, making it a key partner for us in building a smarter future."

During the summit, Noventiq also announced a new strategic partnership and investment from Niobrara Capital, a move that reflects investor confidence in Noventiq's growth strategy and its role in accelerating clients' digital transformation journeys through advanced solutions in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.

Takle added: "At Noventiq, we believe that collaboration between nations, businesses, and technology is the real driver of sustainable development. Our participation in this summit underscores our commitment to building new bridges between markets and expanding opportunities for the next generation of digital talent in Egypt and the region."

Engineer Mohamed Mostafa, President of Noventiq for Egypt and Saudi Arabia, commented: "Hosting this global event reflects the international community's trust in Egypt's technological capabilities. We are proud of CEO Takle's participation, which sends a clear message: Noventiq is expanding its investments in Egypt, supporting the government’s digital transformation strategy, and empowering youth with future skills. Egypt has exceptional potential to become a key player in the global digital economy, and we are excited to be part of this journey."
