In a disclosure, the company said it disbursed about EGP
5.67 billion as payments toward the capital increase of some subsidiaries. It
added that these companies were also financed with approximately EGP 1.63
billion.
Beltone noted that the capital of several subsidiaries was
raised by a total of EGP 67.35 million. The move aims to support expansion and
diversify investments in line with developments in international markets.
The company reported net profits of EGP 1.38 billion for the
period from January to the end of June 2025. This compares to EGP 888.15
million in the same period of 2024, including minority interests.
Total revenues rose to more than EGP 6.4 billion in the
first half of 2025. This marks a sharp increase from EGP 2.94 billion in the
same period last year.
At the standalone level, Beltone’s profits fell to EGP 6.02
million during the first half of this year. That compares to EGP 530.8 million
in the same period a year earlier.
