EKH announces treasury share sale on Kuwait Stock Exchange Monday

Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) announced the execution of a treasury share sale on the Kuwait Stock Exchange during Monday’s session.

In a disclosure, the company stated that the transaction involved treasury shares representing 0.3085% of its capital.

EKH reported a profit of KWD 23.64 million (USD 77.09 million) in the first half of this year, compared to KWD 22.68 million (USD 73.95 million) in the same period of 2024, marking a year-on-year growth of 4.24%.
