Security and Money Transfer Sector plot future growth with Cairo Chamber

The Division of Facilities Guarding and Money Transfer Companies at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce held an extensive meeting to discuss issues relevant to its sector, aiming for development and growth in line with the Chamber's plan and Egypt Vision 2030.

Among the topics discussed were social insurance and contracting insurance, particularly in light of the law governing facilities guarding and money transfer companies, and defining the insurance treatment for employees in security and guarding companies.

Dr. Mohamed Manzour, Board Member of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce and Head of the Facilities Guarding and Money Transfer Companies Division, stated that the discussion of social insurance-related topics comes amidst requests from companies to issue a circular to be disseminated to all Social Insurance Authority offices.

Manzour added that the Division constantly follows up on the demands of its sector's board of directors and general assembly to develop and grow this important sector, in line with the Chamber's development plan and Egypt Vision 2030.

Wael El-Bassiouny, Deputy Head of the Facilities Guarding and Money Transfer Companies Division, mentioned that the Division's meeting agenda was diverse, covering economic and social topics relevant to the sector, within the Division's developmental plan that targets the sector's growth.

El-Bassiouny pointed out that the Division discusses all suggestions from its members and affiliated companies, along with ideas and visions that would keep pace with modern developments. He affirmed that the Division will spare no effort towards its members for the development of the facilities guarding and money transfer companies sector.

Attendees exchanged views on key topics, including social insurance and developmental matters, and how to cooperate with banks to establish a framework for collaboration with companies in this sector. Representatives from some banks participated in the meeting to discuss future cooperation methods that align with the sector's requirements.
