The initiative follows directives from Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, to inform the industrial community about the ministry’s services and activities.
The new website features ministry news, an archive of
ministerial decrees, detailed information on the activities and services of the
ministry and its affiliated bodies, and contact information. It also includes
interactive maps of various industrial zones across the country, as well as
statistics, reports, and indicators to support various industrial activities.
The ministry stated that the website launch is part of its approach to keeping pace with technological developments, which began with the rollout of the Digital Industrial Egypt platform and the subsequent launch of an application for investor support and services.
