SODIC stated that the growth was driven by higher sales and
the delivery of a larger number of units across its various projects.
The company achieved consolidated profits of EGP 2.35
billion during the first nine months of 2025, up from EGP 941.67 million in the
same period last year, including minority interests.
SODIC’s consolidated financial results showed a significant
year-on-year profit increase of 150% during the reporting period.
