El-Sisi spoke at the 42nd Armed Forces Cultural Symposium
during Egypt’s 52nd October Victory anniversary celebrations at the Al-Manara
International Conference Center. He noted that the state carefully considers
its decisions. The government acts without hesitation whenever the public
interest demands it.
The President praised the Egyptian people’s patience and resilience
amid economic pressures. He emphasized that the measures taken by the state aim
to achieve real and comprehensive reform. The approach avoids any postponement
or neglect.
El-Sisi said he feels the suffering of citizens, as he is
one of them. He indicated that overcoming this difficult phase will be possible
with God’s help. The efforts and dedication of the Egyptian people are
essential to this process.
The President also announced that Egypt intends to host the
Gaza Recovery and Reconstruction Conference next November.
