The minister reviewed the implementation of the initiative's
units in Al-Narges neighborhoods 1 and 2, covering the fifth and sixth phases.
The fifth phase comprises 298 buildings with a total of 7,152 residential
units, each measuring 90 square meters. The sixth phase includes 240 buildings
with 5,760 fully serviced residential units of the same size.
El-Sherbiny ascended one of the buildings to ensure that the
work was being carried out according to the required specifications. He also
inspected a completed residential unit to assess the quality of the interior
finishes and ensure that the units are delivered to the beneficiaries at the
highest standards.
The minister followed up on service projects at the two
project sites, which include: two schools, two nurseries, two commercial
markets, and two medical centers.
During the tour, El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of
adhering to the specified technical specifications and construction standards
for the units. He highlighted the necessity of maintaining green areas,
coordinating the site layout, and closely monitoring the remaining work on the
ground.
