The properties are located in the cities of Obour (Second District Extension), Sadat City, 6th of October City, and the Ras El-Soda area in Alexandria.
The auction follows directives from Minister of Housing Engineer
Sherif El-Sherbiny to maximize resources, drive urban development, and execute
the state's vision of providing suitable housing and services to enhance
citizens' quality of life.
Engineer Mohamed Hisham Darwish, Supervisor of the
Construction and Contracting Sector and Chairman of the HFF Board, stated that
the public auction will be held on Sunday, October 19, at 10:00 AM at the
Scientific Professions Hall, El Alamein Club, at the end of Makram Ebeid Street
in Nasr City, Cairo.
The auction will award the Obour properties to the highest
down payment bidder, while properties in Sadat City, 6th of October City, and
Alexandria will go to the highest bid price.
Prospective bidders can obtain the terms and specifications
booklet from the Housing and Development Bank branches in Obour, Nasr City,
Sadat City, 6th of October City, and Fleming (Alexandria), or from the HFF
headquarters at 59 Hazem Salah Street, Judges City, Eighth District, Nasr City.
Darwish stressed the commitment to transparency and adherence to all regulatory controls for the public auction through full coordination with the Fund's team, aiming to provide a secure and organized investment environment.
