Cairo Chamber of Commerce features women entrepreneurs at 'Ahlan Madaris' Fair

Dr. Naglaa Al-Naggar, a board member of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce and head of its Women's Business Committee, inspected the women entrepreneurs' pavilion at the main "Ahlan Madaris" (Welcome to Schools) exhibition. The event is organized by the Chamber and is being held at the headquarters of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) in Nasr City.

Al-Naggar was accompanied by fellow board member Ehab Saeed, Chamber spokesman Faisal Abdel-Atty, and other members of the executive committee.

The women entrepreneurs' pavilion holds special significance, as it features handcrafted products from artisans, supporting them and providing a platform to showcase their Egyptian-made goods.

Al-Naggar stated that including artisans is a key priority for every exhibition, with the goal of helping them expand their businesses. They represent the real future of the national economy, she said, adding that the Chamber's board, led by its chairman Ayman Al-Ashry, provides special support to these artisans.

Saeed echoed this sentiment, noting that the Chamber consistently gives special attention to artisans through workshops at the Traders Academy and by including them in exhibitions like "Ahlan Madaris," which confirms the board's belief in the importance of handicrafts.

The main "Ahlan Madaris" exhibition in Nasr City is scheduled to open next week.
