bookings reflect public confidence in the quality of the new service. Launched
yesterday, Thursday, Premium service offers exceptional comfort and excellence
for passengers, including a fully air-conditioned waiting lounge at departure
stations with hospitality services and screens, premium cars with seats
designed for maximum comfort and luxury, and a specialized customer service
team to handle inquiries.
Premium service users also receive a 10% discount on
purchases and services at retail outlets within Cairo and Sidi Gaber stations.
Bookings are available through multiple channels, including electronic booking
applications.
Egyptian National Railways Authority confirmed that the
launch is part of its strategy to modernize the railway system and provide
travelers with a more comfortable and efficient journey.
