After facing stiff competition in the first quarter of the year, TMG solidified its leadership in the second quarter, largely due to strong sales from its flagship SouthMED project. The development, located on Egypt's North Coast, attracted both local and expatriate Egyptians, leveraging the Group's strong brand reputation and an exceptional marketing campaign.
To promote SouthMED, TMG established a unique sales office
at the new Kyma Beach, giving prospective buyers a tangible sense of the
project's luxurious lifestyle. The company also organized high-profile events,
including the SouthMED Talks series, that target the intellectual and cultural
elites and large-scale concerts that drew massive crowds.
Following a successful expansion into the Saudi Arabian
market with its Banan project, TMG is now planning to enter new markets in Iraq
and Oman. The company aims to capitalize on its market-leading position and
Egypt's government support for the real estate sector, which is seen as a key
driver for attracting foreign currency.
The SouthMED project is TMG's first venture on the North West Coast and is the largest development by an Egyptian real estate firm in the area, covering 23 million square meters. Situated between kilometer 165 and 170 west of Alexandria, the site is a short 15-minute drive from Al Alamein International Airport, with an average flight time of three hours from Europe or the Gulf. Since its launch in July 2024, the project has already generated 395 billion EGP in sales, making it the most successful real estate project in Egypt to date.
