The handover will commence today, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, and continue until Thursday, August 14, 2025, according to the schedule set by the New Cairo City Authority.
El-Sherbiny underscored the importance of a smooth and
well-organized handover for beneficiaries, urging authorities to address any
potential issues.
Abdel Raouf Al-Gheity, head of the New Cairo City
Development Authority, specified that the new batch includes units from Series
No. 3, 4, and 5 of the first phase, and Series No. 2 for all subsequent phases.
The handover schedule is as follows: July 30 (Wednesday):
Building 21, July 31 (Thursday): Building 22, August 3 (Sunday): Building 25, August
5 (Tuesday): Building 30, August 7 (Thursday): Building 31, August 10 (Sunday):
Building 10, August 12 (Tuesday): Building 28, August 13 (Wednesday): Building
29, and August 14 (Thursday): Building 11.
Successful applicants must first go to the Housing and Development Bank's Nasr City branch (2 Abbas El Akkad Street) to finalize contract procedures. They then proceed to the City Authority, located behind the water station on South Teseen Road, with the original bank letter and a copy of signed checks, to register their data and receive a letter for unit inspection and handover.
