El-Sherbiny underscored the importance of streamlining the application process while adhering to regulations. He also directed the acceleration of ongoing infrastructure, road, and electricity projects in the Green Belt to foster integrated urban communities.
Engineer Amin Ghoneim, Vice Chairman of NUCA for Real Estate
and Commercial Affairs, clarified that regularization applications will be
accepted in-kind only at the same location. The final deadline for contract

will result in the forfeiture of applications, with land parcels reverting to
NUCA. Ghoneim reiterated that this measure protects citizens from improper
transactions, referencing prior announcements on Green Belt land
regularization.
