Savills stated that tenant sales in 2024 amounted to EGP 2.76 billion, reflecting the company's focus on developing the tenant experience and enhancing operational efficiency, while integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into all its activities.
The company explained that it managed nine mixed-use real estate projects across the country, attracting approximately 17 million consumers in 2024. It noted that it supervised 738 tenants and contributed to the opening of 120 new stores.
Savills Egypt added that this was in addition to organizing 102 events that attracted more than 1.75 million visitors and completing more than 13,000 operation and maintenance orders, reflecting the rapid response and effectiveness of its operational teams on the ground.
The company's report stated: "The year 2024 witnessed remarkable environmental results as part of the company's commitment to sustainability principles, as it succeeded in recycling 83% of waste at one of its sites and reduced water consumption by 16% through smart technologies such as flow regulators and automatic irrigation systems."
