El-Sherbiny inspects Diarna Housing Project in 10th of Ramadan

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, reviewed the progress of the "Diarna" housing project in the 10th of Ramadan City, part of the ministry's 400,000-unit national housing initiative. He emphasized the need for well-planned and executed services to ensure resident comfort.

Engineer Alaa Abdellah, head of the city's development authority, detailed that the first phase includes 520 fully finished units, up to 154 sqm, within a modern compound offering privacy, luxury, and green spaces comparable to other new urban developments. The compound features comprehensive camera surveillance and is enclosed by iron and tree fencing.

He further noted the project's advantageous location near key amenities such as the new 10th of Ramadan bus station, Carrefour Hypermarket, Innovation University, Diamond Hotel and Cinema, and the 10th of Ramadan University Hospital.

Applications for the Diarna middle-income housing units are open from April 15 to May 15, 2025, as part of the first phase of the year's major housing offering, which includes the 10th of Ramadan City. Diarna offers diverse, fully finished units in two main building designs (Model A and Model B), catering to middle-income families with a focus on privacy and comfortable living.
