Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the holding of the seventh and eighth public lotteries to accommodate citizens who have paid down payments for the areas that have been legalized within the Rabia area of El Shorouk City, according to the area segments (209 m² - 276 m² - 400 m² - 500 m²). The draws will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 29 and 30, 2025, at the city's headquarters.
Engineer Bassam Fadl, Chairman of the El Shorouk City Authority, indicated that citizens wishing to attend should be present beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the specified date to register. He noted that the doors will close at 12:00 p.m. for the public lottery to begin. Attendees will be permitted to attend the public lottery with proof of identity and the original payment receipt.
