Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced today, Sunday, the sixth public draw to relocate citizens who have paid down payments for specific areas that have been legalized for them within the Rabia area of ​​Shorouk City. The lottery will take place Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the headquarters of the Shorouk City Authority.

The Minister stressed the necessity of continuing the efforts made to complete the reconciliation of the conditions of citizens and entities located in the lands added to the cordon of a number of new city agencies, in addition to good planning for land uses in those areas, with the aim of providing more investment opportunities and creating integrated urban communities.

In this context, Engineer Bassam Mohamed, Chairman of the Shorouk City Development Authority, clarified that the sixth manual public lottery will be held to relocate customers who have paid down payments for areas that have been legalized for them, according to the area categories (209 m² - 276 m² - "from 235 m²: 275 m² - 400 m² - and other areas) within the Rabia area.

Bassam confirmed that customers must arrive at the Authority's headquarters starting at 10:00 AM on the specified date to complete the registration process. He noted that the doors will close at 12:00 PM for the public lottery to begin. Those allowed to attend the public lottery will be required to provide proof of identity and the original payment receipt.
