El-Sherbiny stressed the ministry’s keenness to provide multiple investment opportunities that meet investors’ needs. He highlighted the availability of flexible payment facilities and a range of plot sizes suitable for different activities. He explained that applications for these opportunities are submitted through the electronic Investor Services Portal of the New Urban Communities Authority until January 15 via the official link: https://assign.newcities.gov.eg. This step comes as part of the state’s broader direction toward digital transformation, simplifying procedures, and saving time and effort for investors.
NUCA offered several land plots in New Alamein City. The
offering includes Plot No. 7 in the Central Services Area in the southern zone
on C3 Road, with an area of 4,200 square meters, designated for medical use.
The offering also includes Plot No. 17 in the Central Services Area in the
southern zone on C3 Road, covering 3,611 square meters, designated for
commercial, administrative, and residential use. Another plot, No. 4, is
included under the Small Investor Project in the Housing Area, with an area of
4,200 square meters, designated for a residential block.
El Sadat City also witnessed the offering of several
investment opportunities. The offering includes industrial warehouse plots No.
54 and 55, with a total area of 2,520 square meters, located along the axis
below Residential Area 27 and 28. Additional industrial warehouse plots No. 56
and 57 were offered, with a total area of 2,520 square meters, at the same
location. The offering further includes a commercial and administrative plot
No. 33, with an area of 4,452 square meters, located in Sector 1 on Central
Axis 2. A mixed use commercial, administrative, and residential plot No. M16
was also offered, covering 1,500 square meters, located in the International
District opposite Beit Al Watan.
