Egypt’s East Nile Monorail unaffected by water pipe break

The National Authority for Tunnels issued a press statement regarding a water pipe break on South 90th Street in the Fifth Settlement area on Tuesday, near the East Nile Monorail project.
The Authority confirmed that the monorail project was
completely unaffected by the incident and stated that the project is 100%
intact.
It added that the final phase of trial operations without
passengers for the East Nile Monorail is proceeding normally.
