EgyptAir signs strategic partnership with Blue by Al-Futtaim

EgyptAir, Egypt’s national carrier, announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Blue by Al-Futtaim, the lifestyle app powered by artificial intelligence (AI) from the Al-Futtaim Group. The partnership aims to elevate service standards and enhance the customer experience in the region.

EgyptAir’s participation as a prestigious strategic partner adds significant value to Al-Futtaim’s growing regional network, opening wide opportunities for clients of both parties across EgyptAir’s network of over 80 global destinations.

The partnership combines two leading ecosystems to strengthen regional connectivity and provide added value in travel, shopping and lifestyle, positively impacting the customer experience with integrated and innovative benefits.

Members of EgyptAir’s frequent flyer program, EGYPTAIR Plus, across all five tiers, will gain exclusive additional benefits through the Blue app, enhancing membership value and providing a more seamless travel experience.

The collaboration will launch with a one-day on-ground event at Cairo Festival City Mall, featuring exclusive discounts on EgyptAir flights, special travel offers, mileage rewards and valuable prizes for both Blue and existing and new EGYPTAIR Plus members.

The public event highlights both brands at one of Al-Futtaim’s flagship locations, reflecting their shared commitment to customer-centric experiences.

The initiative also reflects Al-Futtaim Group and Blue’s growing commitment to the Egyptian market, a strategic hub for expansion, innovation and enhanced customer engagement. With Al-Futtaim’s strong presence at Cairo Festival City and expanding collaborations with local brands and organizations, Blue continues to solidify its position within Egypt’s vibrant lifestyle ecosystem.
