Speaking on behalf of TMG CEO and Managing Director Hisham Talaat Moustafa, Executive Vice President Wael El-Deeb stated that the Group’s strategy is built on providing a high quality of life, integrated services that exceed customer expectations, and long-term sustainability for future generations.
El-Deeb noted that these standards have positioned TMG at the forefront of the regional real estate sector. The Group is currently ranked among the top 6% of companies operating in emerging markets across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. He added that this approach, spanning over 55 years, has enabled the Group to maintain a leading role in corporate social responsibility.
The Vice President emphasized that TMG’s role extends beyond
construction to enhancing Egypt’s modern image abroad. By bolstering the
nation’s "soft power," the Group aims to strengthen Egypt's
international presence in the era of the New Republic.
"The choice of the Grand Egyptian Museum for the
festival’s second edition reflects the true message of the event," El-Deeb
said. "It is a living embodiment of Egypt’s long history of construction,
stretching from the dawn of civilization to the current New Republic."
El-Deeb highlighted that TMG adopts the state’s
comprehensive development vision across its major domestic projects, including Madinaty,
Noor, and SouthMED.
He also pointed to the Group’s ongoing regional expansion,
citing flagship projects such as Banan in Saudi Arabia, and Yamal and Jood in
the Sultanate of Oman.
Concluding his address, El-Deeb reaffirmed TMG’s commitment to supporting sustainable urban development and playing an active role in building a more prosperous future for Egypt and the wider region.
