Under the agreement, Forward Contractors will execute works valued at 1.45 billion Egyptian pounds. The contract covers the construction of 95 residential villas within the "Rai" phase of the Sarai project, with completion scheduled for late 2027.

President and CEO of Madinet Masr.
Sallam added that the company is focused on growing its land
bank through integrated projects to meet customer demand and ensure sustainable growth in the real estate market.
Located near the New Administrative Capital, the Sarai development is one of Madinet Masr's flagship projects, designed to combine urban living with suburban luxury.
