“I am proud to be a product of Egypt’s public sector and honored to serve my country,” Kouchouk told the graduates. He pledged that the Finance Ministry would continue to invest in young leadership to build on current progress.
Kouchouk outlined several pillars for a successful career,
emphasizing that personal achievement is fleeting compared to collective
impact. He urged graduates to constantly develop their skills to remain
effective in a changing global economy. "Work in what you love," he
said, noting that passion is the primary driver of professional excellence.
Highlighting teamwork as the "secret to career
distinction," Kouchouk remarked that no individual succeeds in isolation. He
noted that while personal success offers momentary satisfaction, institutional
and social impact is what truly endures.
