The meeting, attended by officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), aimed to maximize returns on investments in development projects.
El-Sherbiny began the meeting by emphasizing that it is part
of a regular follow-up on the sales, marketing, and delivery status of units
across various projects in new cities. He stressed the importance of increasing
incentives and attractive factors for both investors and individual customers
in the new cities developed by the Ministry, while continuously providing
services.
He noted that the Ministry has completed a significant
number of diverse housing units in several new cities and has established
marketing plans for them.
The Housing Minister reviewed recent sales rates for some
NUCA projects and discussed City Edge's promotion and marketing plan for
residential, commercial, and administrative units in new cities, including New
Alamein, the New Administrative Capital, New Mansoura, and the Maspero Triangle
area.
El-Sherbiny underscored the need for continuous monitoring
and evaluation of these plans to achieve desired targets, maximize the
utilization of NUCA's unit inventory, boost financial returns, and accelerate
unit delivery to buyers.
The Minister also followed up on progress related to several hotel projects in New Alamein, the Maspero Triangle, the Magra El-Oyoun fence area, the Central Business District (CBD) in the New Administrative Capital, and New Aswan City.
